No Refunds
In order to preserve the integrity of our stock, we do not accept returns or provide refunds on any items sold through our store. Please consider your purchases carefully.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to make an exception in very rare circumstances. These are considered on a case by case basis, but the following will be considered and applied to a return exception:
- Unopened, sealed products only
- Only products that are factory sealed and have not been tampered with will be considered for a return.
- Listings that include "Item condition as pictured" in the description are not eligible for an exception.
- Booster Packs of any kind are not eligible for an exception.
- 10% Restocking Fee
- Items that are granted an exception to be returned will be assessed a restocking fee.
- Return Shipping
- If a customer is granted an exception, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the item and to ship a new one.

Sealed Product Missing Parts / Broken Parts
If you have opened a sealed product and it contains broken parts or is missing parts, please contact the manufacturer for assistance. If you need help contacting the manufacturer, email us or chat us and we can assist you by providing manufacturer contact information.
